Kartepe Hotel

The project was developed within the forests of the Samanlı Mountains, with a layout that follows the triangular plot and the natural slope. Rooms are arranged along the outer façade, so every room has a balcony and a view of nature.

At the heart of the building, an atrium and an inner garden bring daylight into the shared spaces. The scheme is resolved over three basement levels, a ground floor and a roof floor, and the terrace-level restaurant stands out with its view over the valley. The hotel shares its operating infrastructure with the nearby Kartepe Residences project, and the two support each other.

With a 150-guest restaurant, a 200-person multi-purpose hall, a pool, a sauna, steam rooms, a terrace garden and covered parking, the hotel is planned to serve tourism, events and corporate use alike.
