What data we process

This website does not use cookies. There is no visitor tracking and no analytics or advertising tool. No personal data is collected from you while you browse the pages.

Personal data is processed in only two cases:

• When you fill in and send the contact form: your name and surname, your e-mail address, your company name and telephone number if you provide them, the subject you choose and the content of your message.
• Connection logs kept automatically for security on the server that hosts the website: IP address, time of the request and browser information. These logs are kept by the hosting provider and deleted automatically within its own retention periods.

Why we process it

• To review the request, question or partnership proposal you send through the form.
• To get back to you and carry on the conversation.
• To keep the website secure and to detect technical faults and misuse.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or advertising. We do not send you commercial electronic messages without your permission.

Legal basis

• Form data: Article 5/2-f of the Law, legitimate interest (being able to answer your request), provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. If the conversation turns into a contract, Article 5/2-c, the establishment or performance of a contract.
• Server connection logs: Article 5/2-ç of the Law, compliance with a legal obligation, and Article 5/2-f, legitimate interest in security.
• Transfer abroad: your explicit consent under Article 9 of the Law.

How we collect it

Your personal data is collected entirely electronically, through the information you enter on the website of your own will and through the server's automatic technical logs.

Who receives it

The website is published on the server of our hosting provider. When you send the contact form, what you write is delivered to us by e-mail through this server. Because our corporate e-mail service and some of the servers that carry e-mail are located abroad, your data is transferred abroad during delivery.

This transfer is based solely on the explicit consent you give when sending the form. If you do not tick the consent box, the form is not sent and none of your data is transferred. If you prefer to reach us by telephone, no such transfer takes place.

Apart from this, we do not share your personal data with third parties. Data may be shared only at the request of public authorities legally entitled to it, to the extent required by law.

How long we keep it

In case the e-mail does not reach us, the information you send through the form is also backed up on the server in a file that only our authorised staff can access. This information is kept for no longer than 1 year and then deleted. If your request is concluded earlier and no other reason requires keeping it, it is deleted sooner. Server connection logs are kept within the hosting provider's own retention periods.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request its deletion or destruction.
• Request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction.
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from analysis by automated systems.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

How to apply

You can send your requests by e-mail to info@terminalyapi.com.tr (using the e-mail address you previously gave us and that is registered with us) or in writing to İnönü Cad. Ozan Sk. No: 17/7, Kozyatağı, Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye.

Your application must clearly state your name, surname, contact details and request. It is answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

If you find our answer insufficient or receive no answer within 30 days, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the current version on this page.

The Turkish version of this notice prevails.
